Green Friends: Plant Swap & Sharing with BG

Participants are invited to bring a plant they would like to care for, support, or learn more about, or a plant they wish to exchange. Together, we spend time getting to know these “green friends” , talking about their needs, stories, and how to care for them.

Participants can also explore the garden to find a new plant friend, and may choose to exchange plants with others in the group, creating connections through care and sharing.

The session centres on plant care, transplanting, and gentle hands-on practice with soil and growth. It is a slow and attentive space where participants can learn through doing, observation, and conversation.

Optional simple journaling is available to reflect on the experience and the relationships formed with plants.

No prior gardening experience is needed. The focus is on care, exchange, and building relationships with plants.
