HELLO, ARE YOU IN LONDON?

Sow in the soil, harvest belonging.

Let's nurture your growth, one step at a time.

Root Yourself Here is a fully funded 4-week Social & Therapeutic Horticulture pilot programme delivered by AAGARDEN CIC.

This programme explores how gardening and nature-based activities can support wellbeing, social connection, and a sense of belonging in urban life. Through regular time spent outdoors, participants will take part in simple gardening activities such as planting, watering, caring for plants, and observing seasonal changes in a shared green space.

The programme is designed around the principles of Social & Therapeutic Horticulture, which recognises that engaging with plants, nature, and shared outdoor activity can positively support wellbeing, confidence, connection, and everyday resilience.

About AAGARDEN CIC

AAGARDEN CIC is a Community Interest Company based in South East London.

We use gardening, nature connection, and community-based activities to support wellbeing, belonging, and meaningful connections between people and places. Through Social & Therapeutic Horticulture programmes, workshops, and community projects, we create opportunities for people to slow down, spend time outdoors, and reconnect with themselves, others, and the natural environment.
