Acerca del evento
The session begins with participants observing flowers and plants in the garden, paying attention to growth, colour, texture, and seasonal movement. This is followed by shared plant care, including gentle pruning and supporting growth, encouraging presence and close attention to living processes.
Participants then engage in sowing seeds or transplanting plants, working with soil and roots as a way of understanding change, care, and continuity.
To close, participants are invited to reflect on their experience through simple journaling and optional collage-making, inspired by the garden. This offers a space to consider personal experiences of care, and to reflect on ideas of safe and grounding spaces in everyday life.
Throughout the session, attention to sensory experience and quiet reflection supports focus, wellbeing, and a sense of connection to both nature and self.
