AAGarden Talk: Life Beyond Research

Participants begin with simple physical gardening activities such as seed sorting, preparing materials, and light garden maintenance. These actions support gentle bodily engagement, grounding, and focus through doing.

The session continues with sowing seeds, working directly with soil and plants. This embodied practice encourages awareness of movement, rhythm, and care within natural processes of growth.

Towards the end, participants gather for a shared making activity, creating a collective collage that reflects their experience of the session and the idea of grounding through physical engagement.

The workshop closes with a short group reflection, allowing space to notice how the body, attention, and environment interact through the process.

No previous gardening or artistic experience is required. The emphasis is on participation, physical engagement, and shared making.
